Associate Attorney/Underbar Associate Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant must expect the following work:
• An associate is expected to be familiar with the customary duties and responsibilities of a lawyer in a multi-specialty or general-practice law firm.
• If hired, the associate will be asked to report for work at the soonest possible time.
• Will immediately handle active litigation cases including civil, criminal, labor as well as taxation and corporate matters;

Requirements:
With the following qualifications

Applicants who have recently taken the 2014 Philippine Bar Examinations are welcome to apply;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and high proficiency in written English;
• Must possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications, and must be able to conduct Internet-based legal research;
• Must be flexible, can easily adapt to any level of organization and can work under pressure;
• Must be analytical, organized and proactive with keen legal analysis; ability to plan and execute with minimal supervision;
• Pro-active, dynamic and dependable;
• Willing to start as soon as possible;
• Willing to work in a Full-Time position.
