JOB OVERVIEW

Our growing team is looking for one mobile Customer Service Agent to help our team continue to lead as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.

You'll be trained on how to do this, start as a CS assistant, and slowly work your way up.


We're Lesson Pro, the world's most trusted source for international skateboarding and bartending lessons- amongst others. We've been featured on Yahoo, Bloomberg, Fox Business, ---------- , and dozens of newspapers worldwide.


We're a debt-free, self-funded company that is growing each year (especially during the pandemic), and we need new tea ---------- mbers who are looking for a long-term career to help us keep up.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective CS calls to improve client experience. You will work cross-functionally to understand client needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive customer satisfaction


Responsibilities

Interviewing New Teachers
Ensuring Student Happiness
Handling Student Complaints
Initiating 10-20 phone calls each day in USA
Writing 2-5 SMS' and emails each day
Attending company Zoo ---------- etings and speaking in front of 5-15 other reps


Qualifications

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluent written and spoken English
Professional appearance, dress, and presentation abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent "soft skills" and western cultural etiquette
Excellent time management skills
A positive attitude that believes anything is possible
