About the Position:
- The
- This position is a corporate role dedicated to all 3 of our e-commerce brands (iHeartRaves, INTO THE AM, and EmazingLights).
- This position is fully remote.
Job Duties:
- Manages all campaign set up & deployment for
- Oversees the creation of personalized messages, subject lines, copy, & variations of campaigns across segments to increase overall
- Communicates and liaises between cross-functional teams including copyrighting, marketing, and merchandising to ensure
- Strategize with Marketing Director and Creative Directors to identify gaps in retention in order to develop campaigns & strategies to build increased repeat purchase and customer LTV
- Manage all projects within the areas of the customer journey pertaining to
- Create innovative & personalized segmentation strategies to drive engagement and build brand affinity
- Optimize campaign performance with A/B testing and analysis of campaign analytics
- Manage, monitor, and ensure high deliverability rates
- Analyze data regularly and create strategy recommendations to improve channel performance.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis; assist in setting KPI benchmarks.
- Provide feedback to creative, marketing & merchandise teams with performance results and ideas to leverage new strategies to increase engagement and grow
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years previous experience in an
- Knowledge of and experience using Klaviyo
- SMS marketing experience
- Mobile marketing (mobile-first strategy experience)
- Knowledge of A/B testing strategies, multi-variate
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of copy strategies (subject line, preheader, etc)
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves:
- Fashion or beauty experience
- Knowledge of and experience using Attentive SMS marketing platform
- Proficient with Google Analytics
- Push notification marketing experience
