This will be a part time position (25 hours per week) that will grow into a full time position after the probationary period.
About the role:
Be the driving force behind our success in acquiring HARO
The Head of HARO will regularly communicate with the team, giving constant supportive feedback, solving their problems, reporting progress to management. They will set goals and ensure the necessary actions are taken to consistently move towards those goals, and support the wider efforts of our team.
1. Head of HARO Main Responsibilities:
- Overarching view and daily monitoring of the current HARO projects and their rates of success
- Ensuring proper KPI tracking is in place and is consistently used
- Motivate the team and keep them on track
- Managing poorly performing tea
- Set up new HARO projects, set targets and ensure they are delivered
- Recruit new tea
- Monthly check-in with Marcus and Head of fulfilment
- Weekly sharing of KPIs (on slack)
- Liase with the Head of Fulfilment to support wider our efforts, such as increasing campaigns or decreasing campaigns to balance resources.
** at this point it is not important for you to understand what HARO is - this is purely a project management job that requires operational skills, the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
