Core Responsibilities:
Follows instructions and pays close attention to detail
Cold calling, sending emails, and text messages
Estimates repairs for home sale
Sets up appointments
Identifies and resolves problems promptly
Schedules assessments of properties
Inbound & outbound phone calls from prospective clients
Represents the company professionally and assertively
Daily communication with tea ---------- mbers, follows instructions, adapts, and executes quickly
Handles miscellaneous assignments as requested
Must be able to meet mandatory deadlines
Energetic, consistent, accountable, reliable and trustworthy
Requirements:
Resume and professional headshot required
Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred
