Wordpress Developer Needed - Amazon AWS SES

My client is a creative advertising agency promoting millions of products to customers over 3 continents.
We are looking for one or multiple freelancers who have great experience with Amazon SES and can obtain quotas of 50k limit or more. We will pay per result and offer a continuous stream of work.
