The Call Rep is a key player in the client lead process. They stand as one of the potential client’s first points of contact with Leaders Press, making professionalism, follow-through, and tenacity critical qualities for the role. Given the client-facing nature of this position, it is imperative that the Call Rep make Leaders Press responsibilities a priority.
The Call Rep reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Business Officer for Leaders Press.
While this role starts part-time, there is opportunity for this position to grow into full-time.
Cold Calls
The Call Rep will be responsible for making a predetermined number of calls per day, using call lists provided by Leaders Press. This role requires the following of a script while employing keen observational skills to identify quality leads and connecting those leads to sales reps as appropriate.
Additional duties may include data tracking and analysis of conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Required:

Outcomes / Responsibilities
1 Month:
- Book 40 leads into sales calls.
1 Quarter:
- Book 120 leads into sales calls.
Grow into:
Sales Analyst, responsible for evaluating incoming leads, documenting their effectiveness, and developing strategies to improve overall processes.

Wage:
Position is commission-based at a rate of $50 per lead.
For the right call rep who books sales calls with10 leads a week, they can expect to earn $500 per week or $2000 per month. If you book more, you have the opportunity to earn more.
