## The Opportunity

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

- Solicit job descriptions from hiring managers and ensure they meet our company standards.
- Ensure that hiring managers have put together onboarding training before a new job description goes live.
- Work to make the new hire and offboarding experiences amazing, so that everybody who joins or leaves baton is delighted.
- Move onboarding training to our Learning Management System.
- Work daily to reach out to prospective candidates for our open roles; increase the number of candidates who see and consider our roles.
- Work with our Implementation Team to help them translate our hiring processes into Business Process Model Notation.

## Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- A bias toward action – in past roles, you were the team leader, and have a pattern of taking charge.
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
- Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
- Technical – you aren't scared of writing an API call or hooking together a Zap or two.

## Compensation and Perks

**Competitive Remuneration:** You can expect to draw a salary of PHP20,000 – PHP25,000 a month during your first year of employment. We’re looking for believers in the vision that are excited about building something incredible and lasting, and not simply looking for a quick payday.
