Virtual Assistant - Full time, looking for long-term partner (Please read directions)

I need help running small business functions. I am growing a podcast and launching a business and need someone to be the first person of a team in the Philippines.

You will help with business writing & communication, market research, organization, updating websites and more. If you don't know how do something, I will help you learn. I just require fluent english, good organization and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

This will include tasks requiring researching publicly-available information on the internet, my notes, and documents, organizing it, and writing short business emails and messages. Sometimes you may be asked to create basic marketing material.


Emailing people on my behalf (such as: inviting them on the podcast, asking them to meet, scheduling a date & time)
Responding to routine emails

This will require following repetitive tasks and processes I design, but I will always appreciate it when you find ways to improve the process.

Perks:
-Get paid weekly. My goal is to give you a stable, reliable income.
-I will reward good performance with raises

Salary:
Willing to pay up to $850 month for a skilled & experienced partner. If you have less experience, I may make a lower offer aligned with your skills.
