URGENT HIRING! Looking for a Recruiter! :)

We're looking for a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy Recruiter with Headhunting experience.

We work with various clients who need different positions filled all the time (from VAs to Managers to Copywriters to Media Buyers, etc., in the Philippines, US, and other countries) so experience with recruiting/headhunting US applicants is a major plus!

We need Recruiters who are always up for a challenge. Someone who doesn't cave under pressure and kicks into high gear when rush orders need to be delivered.


Responsibilities:

Manage client and team recruiting orders
Meet and exceed KPIs
Source, Interview, Select and deliver top quality candidates
Deliver on time, every time
Can deliver even with very tight deadlines (rush orders might need to be delivered in 4 days)
Build and grow your network
Improve and build systems to make the recruiting process more efficient
Communicate to the team and the Operations Manager regarding updates on orders
Proactively update clients about their order
Follow up with the client after deliver
Prepare documents to be delivered to the client
Train and onboard new hires
Admin work
Schedule (Flexible):

Part-time start but can grow into a full-time position
Monday-Friday (EST) Weekends are optional (depending on the need).
Rate:

$4/hour
