Sales Development Representative/ Appointment Setter

We are seeking work from home B2B Sales Development Representatives who LOVE selling and are highly motivated to close deals. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for cold calling and following-up leads. You must know the basic information about the product or services that you are proposing since you will be qualifying and prospecting leads. Our ideal candidate loves selling and is hungry for commission and promotion!

Responsibilities:
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Cold calling and appointment setting
Prospecting and Qualifying leads

Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
Must have proven sales experience
Cold Calling / Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is required
