Job Description
- Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, product graphics, web logos, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
- Ensure cohesive brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, video and website creative.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences by developing creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Instagram and Facebook insights etc.

Requirements
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- Strong English and copywriting ability that attract customers.
- Strong understanding of the principles of design and user experience
- An understanding of e-commerce model
- Video-editing and Photoshop skills are a big plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
