We're after a confident, solution-orientated, and experienced e-commerce/virtual assistant to help support our Shopify e-commerce business and 3PL.
Some of the tasks you may help with:
- Processing returns
- Collating data in Google Sheets
- List building
- Basic social media scheduling
- Creating invoices in Xero
- Helping onboard new clients into our 3PL business
- Market research
This is the ideal role for someone that can think on their feet and get sh*t done. While we'll provide quality instructions and expectations on key tasks, you will be expected to troubleshoot and problem solve as you go.
We're after someone for 10-15 hours per
- You MUST have experience working with Australian businesses
- You MUST have experience working with inventory-based (NOT dropship) e-commerce businesses
- You MUST have a strong level of written English
- You need to be confident in the Google suite - Google Docs, Sheets
- Shopify experience is highly regarded
- Inventory management and finance experience is highly regarded
