AAS Management, inc. is a multi-disciplined financial services firm with offices in multiple locations. Headquartered in Florence, Kentucky. Our team of highly credentialed professionals provides financial planning, investment management, business services for individuals and small business owners.

We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter for a fast-paced Executive Assistant position supporting the CEO. Candidate must have a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Outgoing, friendly demeanor with excellent phone and customer service skills
1-3 years of prior office administration experience (Financial Services, CPA, Real Estate, or Legal Firm a plus)
Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
Reliable internet access
Highly proficient computer skills (all applicants are tested), including QuickBooks
Ability to accurately handle multiple priorities with interruptions
Attention to detail
Google Docs/ Google Calendar
Setting appointments and managing advisor schedules
Excellent organization skills
Fast learner and quick adaptor to industry terminology

Salary is commensurate with experience.
