Perfect Outbound is a young, innovative, fast-growing sales development agency for B2B service-based businesses. We’re based in sunny Singapore. We do 1 thing really well: B2B outbound sales. We place for our clients high-quality sales development representatives who are great at outbound lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting. Our clients are from the following niches: marketing agencies, business coaches, and consultants.

We’re looking to place a passionate sales development representative into one of our clients’ companies. This is a long-term gig. If you are looking for a short-term project, please do not apply. All of our SDRs will go through extensive in-house training before being placed into our clients’ companies. Our goal is to groom you into a rockstar Sales Development Representative! You'll be in for GROWTH when you join us!

Position: Sales Development Representative (with a heavy focus on lead generation, outbound prospecting, & appointment setting (both voice & inbox)
Starting date: ASAP

We’re looking to hire an all-rounder. A passionate virtual assistant who has experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. Someone who has a growth mindset is detail-oriented, performance-driven, independent, and emotionally intelligent, kind, and humble. Attitude is everything. We value soft skills over hard skills. The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. It’s a bonus if you have worked with service-based companies before (e.g marketing agencies, consultants, coaches, etc).

Job Responsibilities:
-Based on the prospect profiles provided to you, you will compile lead lists of our prospective clients.
-Prospect to these prospects via cold email, LinkedIn, Facebook DM (templates & training provided).
-Versed in using Linkedin Sales Navigator to get leads
-Manage any prospecting tools (e.g reply.io) and CRM tools (e.g Pipedrive, ---------- , google sheets) required to get the prospecting system going (training provided).
-Respond to interested prospects asap and set appointments via the mentioned outreach channels.
-General administrative tasks (hiring & training other VAs, setting up client software accounts- training provided).

Requirements:
-Fluent in English- both spoken and written
-At least 2 years in lead generation experience and as a Virtual Assistant (VA).
-You are detail-oriented, curious, approachable, communicative, proactive, independent, and respect deadlines.
-Experienced with lead generation and appointment setting
-Tech-savvy (willing to learn new tools and software) and a flexible learner
-You are a highly motivated individual who is looking to become an expert in B2B outbound sales prospecting, and wants to work with a company for the long term.


Software Knowledge Requirements (you should be quick to pick up new software):
-Linkedin Sales Navigator
-Prospecting tools (snovio, getprospect, leadIQ, etc)
-Google Tech Stack (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc)
-Calendly (or any calendar tools)
-Asana
-Slack
-NordVPN (or any VPN providers)
-Lastpass (optional)


Optional, but BONUS requirements:
-Operated before Linkedin automation tools like ---------- , dux-soup, meet alfred.
-Knows how to get leads from other B2B databases such as crunchbase, angelist, etc.
-Basic knowledge of CRMs and sales prospecting tools
-Have digital marketing/sales background

Future growth opportunities:
-When you become well versed with the job, you will be promoted to become our manager- where you will hire, train, and manage other VAs doing this job scope.

-Timezone: It depends on where the client is from- can be the US or Asian timezone.
-Starting pay: $4/hr
