I am hiring an executive right hand "Brand Engineer" to personally train & mentor. What does a "Brand Engineer" do?

- Build websites using no-code tools such as Webflow & Bubble
- Write sentences & make graphics that make people say "Yes! This is exactly what I need"
- Research customers & build customer "personas" with empathy
- Analyze competitors to learn what they did right & wrong
- Calculate human attention as if it were money or calories, and use that thinking to create a profit
- Design AB tests and execute on them, to discover what works & what does not

A Brand Engineer is a dangerous force of the internet. She/he is able to sway public opinion with a few carefully selected words & images. She/he is has the backing of a marketing budget and a team to compliment their skills.

If you currently don't know how to do any of these things, that is okay. All we need from you is intellectual curiosity and a determination to be excellent. We care a lot more about your future potential than past experience.

The base salary + performance bonus for this job is:

- Base Salary 20-30k php monthly, based on experience & skills
- Performance bonus 5-30k monthly, based on results

You MUST have the following pre-requisites:

- Eye for design & aesthetics
- Willingness to learn & constantly improve
- Empathy for people & ability to listen
- Discipline to productive
- English Fluency (or near-fluency)
- A laptop that is not slow or too old
- A sufficiently fast internet connection

Ideally you already have:

- Experience in Adobe Photoshop (or similar app-based photo editors such as Snapseed)
- Experience with website builders such as Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, etc
- Experience with social medias such as Instagram, TikTok & Twitter
- Experience dealing online communities and influencers
- Experience working remotely with tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
- iPhone 8 or later (not a dealbreaker, its just some useful apps are iOS only)
- Macbook (also not a dealbreaker)

This job is like getting paid to go to a top international university. You'll get to work with many talented teams across my various companies. There won't be one single brand you work on. As a brand engineer, you will touch many brands from different industries and niches - but the fundamentals will stay the same.
