Virtual Assistant

This job requires a lot of research things and adding prices for things and making proposals to future investors

I need someone who can research things like architects, interior designers, local artists, permits and licensing, chefs, etc. and can price out how much it would cost to have all of these services done. Also ability to write an investor proposal with the findings of prices and and profitability line, and create a business plan with the given information.

Hours expected per week: 20-30

Time Zone: New York Eastern Standard Time

Payment: Every 2 Weeks
