Who We Are:
The Brand Experience is a full service marketing and branding agency based in Melbourne, Australia. Our clientele consists of entrepreneurs and small businesses across various industries. We are a fully remote team, with headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced, freelance graphic designer who can work remotely 5 - 20 hours per week with the view to go full time within 6 months.
What You Will Do:
- Create inspiring, thoughtful and effective resources for marketing campaigns and publish them across multiple mediums
- Assist the rollout of campaigns and branding projects across social media and web
- Responsible for the overall quality of creative and seeing a project through concept to completion
- Publish and curate content for website and social media channels
- Make recommendations and drive design based on data and business objectives
- Apply brand guidelines across all assets and ensure on-brand continuity in visual messaging across all channels
- Design and develop assets for various platforms - print and digital with a responsive nature (website, social media)
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain all assets
Who You Are
- A team player, willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved, contribute ideas and be solution focused
- Have a passion or understanding branding, design, advertising with an eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to take a project through from concept to completion in a timely manner
- Great relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
- 3+ years' experience in design
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have access to Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- High attention to detail and follow through on design brief instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within a supportive team environment
- Must be flexible (during normal business hours and outside of normal business hours) to meet client demands, as reasonably required
- Strong command of best design practices for including typography layout
- Have a strong portfolio that shows a strong understanding of design
- Experience with
- Video editing capability (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Thrive in a remote work environment
