Full time Remote Project Manager

Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 per week full time
Rate: $5-$7 per hour DOE

We are a consumer oriented real estate software startup looking for a project manager. We are building a revolutionary market place for mobile service providers such as real estate photographers, landscapers, dog walkers, in-home cleaners.

Responsibilities:
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing and signing off on contracts
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

Qualifications and Requirements:
A great Project Manager usually has five or more years’ experience, and one or several formal qualifications. A Project Manager job description could include degrees in any of the following fields:

* Engineering
* IT or Computer Science
* Business or Business Administration
* Management

Additionally, Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Technical writing experience is a PLUS)
Capacity to manage high stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Leadership skills
Big-picture thinking and vision
Attention to detail
Conflict resolution skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
