Online Voter, manually or using Scripting to vote.

There is a voting system that I need to create voters for. I need someone to either vote individually at least 2000 votes, or create a script that will vote automatically spread over the next few weeks.

Requirements. or the votes wont count.
Each vote needs to have a unique US IP Address
Each vote needs to have a user associated with it including email address, etc. (yahoo, google, etc. )
At least 80% of the Ballot needs to be completed.
Out information needs to be filled out in a check box at the end of the ballot to register as a vote.

There will be a bonus given once voting is over and we win a category.
