Job Role:
- Being the first point of contact in the business handling all customer enquiries
- Exceed service level expectations through outreach skills with customers
- Management of social media accounts including FaceBook and Twitter
- Supporting other relevant internal and external projects in the business
- Administrative duties including: formulating reports, processing information, general 'support' administration
