Responsibilities:
As Customer Support:
• Effectively handle customer service emails and/or phone calls while representing company products and services and its values.
• Effectively respond with courtesy to clients concerns and complaints (if any) and communicate with team members to ensure customer issues are resolved appropriately and on a timely manner.
• Understand company policies/procedures and know when to escalate customer service related issues.
• Create job order, schedule and allocate assignments to field staff.
• Track deliverables and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Providing reports as required.
As Admin Support:
• Checking and responding to emails.
• Ensures that cloud based system/CRM is updated on a day to day basis.
• Marketing tasks such as creating social media account, managing mail chimps for email marketing, creating flyers, stickers, welcome pack, SEO, keyword search, Google analytics reporting, Google ad words advertising and such other tasks related in promoting company products and services.
• Web management tasks such as updating website content, ensuring that web pages are working properly, word press, posting new photos and videos for new products.
• Coordinate with other teams as required.
• Providing reports as required.
Qualification:
• Must be located and based in Metro Manila, Quezon City preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, admin support and web maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills (in English) both oral and writing. Necessary in order to communicate with customers as well as internal stakeholders.
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems and make judgment calls when necessary.
• Clarifying potential issues before they arise so they can be worked through effectively.
• Comfortable learning and working in various technology-based systems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask.
• Background in IT/Technical support is also a great advantage.
We are an Australian based company and we are looking for serious applicants only who is willing to work full-time and on a long-term basis. Compensation is negotiable depending on work experience and skills. Working hours: 7:00-4:00PM, Monday to Friday
