Sweet Pickle Paddles makes beautiful, high-performance Pickleball paddles for competitive and recreational play that will go toe-to-toe with the best the sport has to offer. Our founder is a wife, mother, grandmother, and lover of pickleball! When she couldn’t find a beautiful pickleball paddle, she decided to make one herself. The goal was to create something beautiful and high quality, designed by local artists.

Sweet Pickle Paddles are more than just a pretty face. Some designs have a hint of nostalgia while others feel fresh and modern. Each paddle is unique, beautiful, and packs a punch! We're looking for a Rockstar VA to help us with boosting sales on Amazon, among other activities.

Job Description:
-Amazon/Shopify Assistance: Goal of maximizing sales, improving search visibility and increasing rank by proper listing optimization. Plus for PCC.
-General Research (finding local events to attend, organizations to partner with, etc)
-Nice to have: Social media support and blog writing/SEO

Requirements:
- Strong Amazon VA Background
- Shopify VA background
- Proven track record on boosting product sales
- Highly efficient in time and task management
- Has an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Ability to develop an efficient collaboration system
- Experience in conducting market research
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn on the job by staying on top of the latest strategies and promotional tactics.
