Customer Satisfaction Wizard

Here's what you will do:
• Troubleshoot technical issues through e-mail, chat, and phone, and assist customers to identify hardware and software solutions for our current and upcoming products.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to customer concerns.
• Follow up with clients to ensure that their concerns are resolved.
• Support roll-out of new products and versions of applications.
• Provide team support through procedural documentation.
• Manage multiple cases at one time.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications:
• Should have at least two (2) years of customer and technical support background (with chat, phone, and e-mail support experience).
• Has excellent English communication skills (both writing and speaking).
• Will thrive in a fully remote work arrangement and flourish in an agile environment.
• Preferably knowledgeable in the use of Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central.
• Open to shifting schedule (including graveyard shift).
