Quality Assurance Engineer

Glue Up is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our growing technology team in the Philippines.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA Engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, defining and debugging corrective actions. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client’s needs, while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Work with product team and tech team to deliver qualified product. Analyzes the product and tech requirements in test
The testing working experience must include but not limited to Web (H5/Css/Javascript), mobile testing (Android/iOS), Backend API Testing
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
With at least 3-5 years working experience on software quality assurance field
Must have a strong QA sense to make test plan efficiently, executively and be familiar with test strategy in daily testing work
Must have strong experience in test case design, management, execution and issue tracking
Must have strong logic sense in testing
Very Good English communication skills
Good ability for Self-Management and Self-Motivation
Must have proven knowledge of tools to include but not limited to Web Explorer Inspector/Android Adb tool/ iOS XC Command line tool/Instrumentation/Postman/Jmeter/SoupUI/Linux Command/Fiddler/Charles
With experience in Scrum Team, SaaS Product Testing, Stress Testing, Performance Testing and Code Testing is a plus.
With automation testing experience (Web/Apps UI Automation Testing, End Point Automation Testing, Code Testing) is a plus
With automation testing framework experience (Selenium,Appium,XUnit) is a plus
With coding design experience, Object-Oriented Programming Language and Design Pattern is a plus
With code skills in Java/Python is a plus
