CPA Accountant & Sage Accounting Software experience - URGENT hiring

Note:
This is for a NIGHT SHIFT position (Central / Eastern US time)

Required Credentials:
> CPA
> Familiar or with relevant work experience using Sage accounting software ( ---------- )
> US accounting experience
> Detailed and results-oriented and able to stay self-motivated
> Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Manage fixed asset management in NetSuite, including asset tracking and reporting.
Process semi-monthly payroll in payroll platform, prepare payroll journal entries, and assist in other payroll-related functions such as 401K and ESPP, etc.
Support the requirements of the annual audit and quarterly reviews through the preparation of audit schedules and other support requested by external auditors. Assist with the SOX internal control compliance program.
Work cross-functionally with various business owners as well as external consultants.
Assist ad-hoc projects as needs arise, system improvements, and other financial requests including but not limited to variance analysis and other fluctuation analysis.
