GLOBAL STARTUP LOOKING FOR A "SUPERSTAR PHP DEVELOPER" TO WORK FOR LONG-TERM AND GROW WITH US

WHO WE ARE
We are a fast growing startup company with headquarters in Miami, USA and offices in Brazil and Bangkok, Thailand. Our core products are focused in applications for Internet Marketing, Social Media, Android and IOS. We are not a software development company so the work you will be doing is for our company only. In this way, as a developer you will be able to participate in all development stages of our products and grown your knowledge as the applications evolve.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to establish a long-term contract with an experienced PHP Developer with great knowledge in MVC/OOP and Joomla development. Note: Have developed Joomla components is really important but if you feel your programming skills is good enough to quickly understand the code and get the job done without any problems, then that’s fine.

A good knowledge of Javascript/Jquery/Ajax, Mysql, HTML5 and CSS is also required. Knowledge in PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symphony or CodeIgniter is a plus. A good English communication is essential.

Having a degree in the area is very welcomed but is not mandatory. The most important is if you have the required skills, experience and attitude.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
You will be working 40hrs per week, from home, from Monday to Friday. We are flexible about working times but you need to be disciplined, honest and committed exclusively to our company. You also need to have reliable power, high speed internet connection and a environment where you can work without distractions.

We expect that you take initiative to solve problems as they appear and be humble to ask our support if you need it. If you are having problems to finish a given task, please don’t hesitate to talk to us so we can look for a solution together. We don’t want a “perfect employee”, we want someone who has the required skills but also that know his or her limitations and is willing to work as a team to find answers and solutions.

Additional to your monthly salary we will be providing you the 13th Month Pay, Bonus according to your performance and progressive salary increase as our company and your expertise grow. For now, in order to build trust and nurture our good relationship, we will make your payments every week for the first 2 months. After that the salary will be paid monthly.
