eTourism is searching for a Senior Website Developer to drive all website development projects, the ongoing maintenance of client websites and setup of social media systems.

Must have requirements of the role:
- PHP back-end development
- The ability to build a custom plugin or edit/modify a existing plugin for Wordpress
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
- Minimum 5 years experience & understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Minimum 5 years experience designing and developing responsive design websites in Wordpress
- Experience using DIVI Builder for Wordpress
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Great communication skills (both with technical and non-technical parties)

Job responsibilities include:
Complete custom WordPress website projects using DIVI
Providing website updates to existing website which may be outside of Wordpress
Provide support to our social media team adding tracking onto the websites
SEO optimisation / Page Speed - Highly Desirable

QUALIFICATIONS;

- Minimum 5 years professional website development experience required
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
