Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- High experience with keyword and hashtag research.
- Experience in organic SEO.
- Proficiency in researching and writing about a certain assigned topic is an advantage.


Your Top Tasks

- Writing engaging captions for our Instagram posts
- Writing 5 blog posts per week to improve our Google ranking organically (in flawless U.S. English - proofread, edited, and 100% unique/plagiarism-free)
- Writing a copy for email marketing campaigns
- SEO: Optimize writing with basic SEO (ex. keywords in content, headings, title tag, etc.). If on-page analysis is done, then you need to be able to edit the content to reflect the SEO recommendations.
- Research: Researching various topics in order to write intelligently on them.

The writing needs to read like a native-speaking American wrote it (although you don't have to be American). We like our writing to sound like Americans talk in everyday life, not like a formal piece of writing. You are the last line of defense and will BE the final editor. If your work consistently contains grammatical errors, misspellings, lack of solid SEO, awkward phrases that don't read well, or improper use of American expressions, you are not a fit, and please do NOT apply.


HOURS:
As a freelancer, most of the work can be done in the hours that are most suitable for you. We do require that you're available for at least one block of time during US business hours for communication and project coordination. In other words, you need to have a 1-2 hour block of time each day during Kuwait business hours when you can get on a call or Zoom meeting live to discuss projects, go through training and participate in team meetings. Outside of this, the schedule is flexible.


TRAINING:
Training and guidance are available. We don't expect you to understand our guidelines and processes from Day 1. We do expect you to have strong skills (we aren't going to teach you how to write) and the eagerness to ---------- O:
The SEO portion of this role (search engine optimization) includes the following activities and training/guidance is available.
