Job Description:
-Manage Shopify chat incoming messages and inquires
-Answer messages on website forum
-Respond to customer emails and inquiries on shipping and orders
-Answer reviews and manage bad reviews by removing them from the website
-Update website products and pricing as needed

Requriements:
-MUST work night shift
-Great English communication via email / messenger
-Experience with customer service & management on Shopify website
