We need a full time store manager for our online business with excellent customer service abilities in English, both written and spoken. The great thing about this job, is that it may not take up all your time, but you MUST be available and ONLINE during the hours below for both customer service phone calls and emails.

To do this job, you'll need to be able to do the following:

- Work during US business hours, 8am to 5pm Pacific US time, M-F
- Respond to all emails and voice mails during working hours within 1 hour in perfect English
- Be able to handle frustrated or confused customers, calm them down, and solve their problems
- Call US phones and receive calls via Skype (we will pay for the Skype credits and incoming number)
- Be able to be trained to do the following operations in Woocommerce and an online shipping system:
- Check order statuses
- Perform refunds according to policies provided to you
- Put items on sale, and take them off sale
- Configure store notices
