Drafting and Administration Officer
• Assess the land found by the land team in order to determine the suitability of a house and land package
• Liaise with developers & councils where required in order to attain further land information
• Maintain the standard design range
• Produce contract plans to the highest possible degree of accuracy
• Prepare sketch plans, preliminary and working drawings
Administration
• Use the iHub software to provide accurate contract information including pricing and specifications to the contracts team
Qualities & skills required:
• Intermediate level of experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and work to a deadline
• Interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Proactive
• Ideally you will have knowledge and experience within town planning.
• Keen to learn more about Drafting
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Able to work to deadlines and follow instructions
