We need an experienced developer who can help us determine the best way to implement Payment Plans in our WooCommerce ---------- is not clear at this point if we should use Plugins or not.

Our store has been successfully operating for one year and we now recognize the need to offer the ability for our customers to pay via 6 monthly installments with the first installment being charged immediately.

Our store is already using Stripe integration for credit card payments and we also offer Paypal as a payment option.

For our new Payment Plan, it will be adequate if the payment plan is implemented using Stripe only (no Paypal required at least initially).

There will be a $19 administration fee associated with each order that utilizes the payment plan which will be included in "Payment #1" which will be immediately charged to the customer's credit card.

The implementation of the Payment Plans must still allow the customer to use a coupon to get an "up-front" discount.

Example 1: customer purchases product for $600 with no coupon.
- currently, the customer pays $600 plus applicable taxes and this is charged to their credit card via Stripe
- under the payment plan, the $600 would be divided into 6 equal installments of $100.
- The first installment of $100 plus the $19 administration fee, plus applicable taxes will be charged immediately.
- Installments 2-6 would be charged on the same day of the month in the following 5 months and would consist of $100 plus applicable taxes.

Example 2: customer purchases product for $600 with "$100 off" coupon.
- currently, the customer pays $600-$100 = $500 plus applicable taxes and this is charged to their credit card via Stripe
- under the payment plan, the $500 would be divided into 6 equal installments of $83.33.
- The first installment of $83.33 plus the $19 administration fee, plus applicable taxes will be charged immediately.
- Installments 2-6 would be charged on the same day of the month in the following 5 months and would consist of $83.33 plus applicable ---------- is very important that it is very clear to the customer how their payment plan will work and how the coupon has been applied.
