Real Estate Admin VA

Looking to add an experienced Virtual Assistant to our team, must have experience doing the tasks below and more:

If you are looking for long term employment, and make great money, you've found the place! This job pays between $5-$7/hr or more if you're qualified. And we pay $50+ bonus on all deals that the company closes. We hire people not only based on talent and hard work, but who could be a great addition to our family. We provide coaching and guidance to help you not only become a better leader, but also help with the skillsets you need to reach your personal goals.

A successful VA is able to do all of the following tasks consistently on a daily basis.
You will have to be resourceful, hungry to learn, and take massive action DAILY! This job is not for slackers, or time wasters.

Management/Leadership/Team leader (50% of the job)
- Manage/Hire/Fire VA (cold callers/ agents)
- Send a report of their metrics and performance every day
- Listen to their calls and read their texts to make sure they are handling leads correctly.
- Train them weekly as needed to make sure they're on track

Building Seller & Buyer Lists/Database
- Building sellers list / Lead Generation: Finding FSBO's and other motivated sellers on Craigslist or other sites - Skiptracing them
- Building TB List - Finding Tennant Buyers on Craigslist or other sites and Screening them.
- Building CB List - Finding Cash Buyers in a specific area. Pre-Screen Buyers and Sellers, Circle Prospecting.

Marketing
- Marketing properties to Cash buyers via Email marketing campaigns, or texts
- Creating Property template for buyers to take a
- Creating regular Craigslist Posts to find tenant buyers
