This opportunity will be fast-paced and will include all traditional PA duties alongside organising internal events, project management, filtering applications, Arranging telephone interviews, Reminding candidates of interview dates, research prior to meetings, communicating with staff and stakeholders - and lots more!

Correspondence: Extensive inbox management including clearing
Prioritisation: Ensuring that the diary runs like clockwork, determining whether a meeting is worth taking, obtaining a clear agenda, ensuring it's an appropriate length, and taking introductory phone calls when needed. You'll also be quickly able to pivot the diary to ensure that urgent meetings are accommodated.
Administration & Logistics: Our Head of People will eventually require support with travel and accommodation logistics. You will also help him with all day to day administrative tasks such as taking notes & actions at meetings if needed, filing expenses, helping to create meeting slides plus anything else that he might require support with.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL - fluent English both spoken and written
Team player - build effective relationships with the team and with colleagues
Flexible and adaptable - a hands-on, can-do attitude is essential
Highly efficient and extremely organise
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Tech-savvy - good use of systems, Microsoft programs, Google suite and solutions-oriented
MAIN ASSIGNMENT:
Booking candidates for interviews, chasing candidates, sending info via
Handling inquiries
Maintaining administrative systems
Provide coordination support to all members of the whole team
Update and maintain logs of enquiries received and responses given using candidate relationship software;
Putting roles onto the platforms
