Video Editor For YouTube (PART TIME) Experience Required!

We are looking for a video editor that can make creative decisions, deliver projects on time, and have a very keen eye for details. 
Someone who has worked with coaches and is knowledgeable with personal finance is preferred but not required. 
Experience with Thumbnails is also preferred.
