We want to invite an aspiring senior project manager to join our team.
You'll work and grow alongside a young and hungry team of creatives, gain experience in managing your own clients and be supported in your growth as an operations manager through mentorship, workshops and training.

**What you'll be doing**
- Support the team to manage website projects from start to finish
- Work with our developers to maintain our client websites
- Handle all website support tickets from our clients
- Keep track of project milestones and ensure they are met
- Capture all client feedback and relay them to the relevant team
- Work with the Sales team to plan project timelines and deliverables
- Manage expectations from various parties
- Record meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
- Manage client expectations and provide frequent updates
- Work with the Sales & Account team to plan the next phase of projects
- Perform project post-mortems with an eye to improve the process
- Report to the key project manager regarding related project details
- (Optional) Lead and enhance the project management process every month
**Requirements**
- A background in IT, computing, web design or anything related
- Familiar with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow or any related CMS
- Familiar with web languages and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP
- Speak fluent English
- Good written and communication skills in English (Mandarin would be a plus)
- Detail-oriented and organised, ensuring all feedback, comments and discussions points are captured throughout the process
- Up to date with the latest technology and web trends
- (Bonus) Experience with leading and managing a project team
- (Bonus) Demonstrated success in managing successful web, app or IT projects
