Wordpress plugin expert

There is to small things i need:

1. I have got a website of digital bussiness cards and i am looking for a plugin/widget that can show mobile view from desktop like this one: ----------

I couldnt find any plugin by me self so i need you to find me a plugin or develop one.

2. If my clients want to change text or images in the business card they contact me to do that for them, I need to crerate a way tto give them access for their card only to edit by them self.
