Loans Processor

The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately managing residential loan application through our established systems, and reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full and adheres with current banking regulations and policies. Responsibilities:
Collecting all required loan application information from customers.
Reviewing loan applications, verifying information, and determining eligibility for loan approval.
Creating a loan submission package based on the customer’s requirements and bank’s lending criteria.
Submitting files to the bank for assessment.
Satisfying all loan conditions from the approving ---------- municating with other professionals including lawyers, valuers and real estate agents.
Making updates and changes in our CRM database.
Follow company rules and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
