Intake Representative

• Agents are responsible to make calls to patients that initiate initial orders and guide patients through their equipment purchase;
• Review patient classification to determine the type of equipment to be dispensed;
• Enter notes per client process
• Review physician therapy and equipment type required by the facility
• Collect credit card information, if needed
• Discuss supply replacement, frequency, resupply program, compliance guidelines and clinical team for equipment help
• Discuss next steps including set-up type and introduction call
• Discuss the billing process to the patient
• Update contact information
• Other administrative/encoding tasks that may be necessary
