Real Estate VA

Our client is looking for Real Estate VA to support the CEO and marketing team. This position will start as part time (25-30hrs a week) and will transition to full time (40hrs/week) after training period.

Ideal candidate must have the following experiences:

- Experience in dealing with Cancel/Expired (CE) Marketing Campaign, New listings & in Client Relations Management (CRM)
- Ability to Search in the MLS and on public websites for distressed properties needing repairs
- Listing Entry in MLS
- Knowledgeable in using CRM
- Processing electronic signature agreements
- Other administrative duties

Salary: $4-$7 per hour depending on experience.
