Influencer Marketing / Social Media Management with Customer Service exper

Our client is looking for a Social Media staff with experience in finding influencers and support their marketing team in finding social media trends. The person is also expected to perform customer service duties like replying to inquiries and comments in Facebook, IG and Tiktok. Ideally, somebody who can interact with customers and influencers in a natural, conversational way.

Ideal candidate must have
- Excellent writing skills
- Background in research
- Experience in social media management
- Excellent customer service

Salary: $400-$800
Working hours: US PST hours but can be negotiated
