Acquisition Specialist for Real Estate

As a VIRTUAL ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, you will pursue new properties and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties, negotiate and overcome objections and deal destroyers, on behalf of the Real estate investment companies and individual ---------- ing the right negotiation framework and methodologies, you will negotiate purchase price in order to get the best possible deal for you, while also making sure it is beneficial to the seller. Your job role as your estate acquisitions specialist will include:

1. Acquisition Scripts

2. Rebuttals

3. Due Diligence

4. Market Research

5. Pulling Comps

6. Accurately Estimate repair/rehab costs

7. Gather all "Critical Data” to determine After Repair Value (ARV) and offer price points

8. Ordering Pictures

9. Follow-up process

10. Nurturing Follow ups
