Graphic designer who understands marketing wanted

New company so needs logo, colours, website suggestions, infographics, freebies, social ---------- will start out as freelance but could easily grow to part-time or full-time if the company grows. Monthly raises if the applicant works well in the company.
I don't expect you to be a marketer but you must understand how graphics can help/hurt a company.
If you are not honest about your skills, you will be released immediately.
Must be fluent in English.
