Video Editing Superstar!

-love to ask questions and seek knowledge and deeper level of understanding
-love to think outside the box and think about things differently
-meticulous
-have wonderful command of English so you can pick up on things in our videos but also so you can communicate with the team

You will be:
-editing raw videos including cutting down footage to make it suitable for youtube videos, adding interesting images, gifs, emojis and sound effects to the videos and putting together footage to make the video tell an interesting story
-creating thumbnails for YouTube videos that make you want to watch the video
-anything else the role morphs into as you learn and grow with the business including creation and editing of ad videos and videos for our paid membership programs.

To succeed you need to be able to:
-think on your feet and outside the box
-have insane attention to detail to quickly when editing videos
-have a growth mindset - constantly think of the right questions to ask, and what you don't know that you need to know
-ask intelligent questions so that you can learn and best serve the team
-have a knowledge of YouTube and Vimeo, as these are the platforms that we publish our videos on

If you are our special someone to join our team you will receive:
-Regular monthly pay with flexible working times - ie you will be expected to work a 40 hour week 6 days of the week. You will be expected to log on and log off and tell us when you will be working. Having time off, sick days and flexi time is encouraged as long as we know what you are doing and the pay stays the same regardless.

To apply we will be choosing the best submission of:
-a video to be edited which can either just be edited or cut down to the style of our YouTube channel YourRidingSuccess
-2 thumbnail options for this video to assess your creativity
-the video will need to provide a story, giving the viewer education while remaining engaging and entertaining to the viewer
-how long it took to create the thumbnails and edit the video

We will then give the best candidates the task of editing the video as outlined above, and choose the best applicant from that task.
