We are an eCommerce design agency that provides eCommerce graphic designs that grow their brand and convert traffic into customers. We are looking to hire an Outbound Sales Development Specialist that is focused on building and cultivating relationships with D2C/e-commerce brands founder and owners.
Core Objective: Building a pipeline of quality brands and relationships with eCommerce founders via outbound with an introduction about D2C Design, warming the leads up with value, and converting these prospects into
Key Responsibilities:
1. Researching new eCommerce d2c brands and leads via Linkedin, Social Media, and Google across multiple industries and using Sales QL to identify the key decision-makers (founders/CEO) of the brands
2. Adding new cold leads into our
3. Preparing outreach strategy and initial pitch with a personalized video via Loom to introduce ourselves and showcase the brands that we work with along with our value proposition and offer to design a free set of ad creatives.
4. Managing the outbound cold leads and warming them up with follow-ups and creative content
5. Building a relationship with these leads and moving them through the sales process to become a client
6. Using Lemlist to automate the followups after the initial 3 personalized
7. Daily outreach and engagement updates to the CEO
This is a full-time remote position. Applicants must be amenable to work during PST hours from 9 AM to 5 PM Mondays to Fridays, or in Philippine Time Zone it is 12 AM to 8 AM, Tuesdays to Saturdays.
