Funnel and marketing guru

I am looking for a long term employee who can help with building different funnels in the real estate and information marketing profession. I am a real estate agent, appraiser and investor and sell other peoples courses and need help creating compelling funnels with order bumps and upsells to make sales and grow my business. I also need someone to help with marketing these funnels as well.
