Sales Representative (Kitchens)

We're looking for a highly motivated and high-energy individual to join our Sales and Operations team. We are a company out of Florida that sells Countertops and Kitchens to customers, primarily online, with leads coming from Facebook, Google, and Local Advertising. As a growing business, we're looking to scale up by building our sales team to take on the MANY leads we're getting. We work directly with homeowners who are looking for guidance on how to remodel their kitchen and requesting our service, customer service is our topmost priority.

8am-5pm USA EST (UTC -04:00)

Requirements:
* MUST be able to fluently and proficiently speak English with a minimal accent over the phone. Closer to American accent as possible.
* MUST have fast speed internet with speed test and screenshots to prove this
* MUST be technologically competent and be able to use a variety of online tools to achieve goals
* MUST be process and project management-oriented and be constantly providing advice to improve our systems
* MUST be able to sell and connect with customers while talking to them, a good conversationalist
* MUST be competent at math to calculate square footage and determine area by looking at diagrams

Compensation & Perks:
* As a sales rep, you will be given a base pay of $500/month with a bump to $700 after 90 days.
* Commission of $.5/per square foot sold of countertops (average project 70sf, average 35 projects/month)
* Team bonuses based on goals and milestones
