JOB OVERVIEW

The Brand Management team in Incrementum Digital LLC is looking for an Amazon Seller Support expert that can be a case manager for us.

He/she should be able to open and monitor cases for the following:

- Product listings issues
- Restricted Product Policy Violations
- Product Condition Customer Complaints
- Return issue
- Suspended accounts
-Customer Service Performance Issues
-Shipping Performance Issues
-Stranded inventory
-Brand health (Price errors)

Seller Central relevant experience: 2+ years
Skills:
-Analytical

-Good written and verbal English communication
