I would start with 20 hours a week for the first 1 month for the trial period then if pass the probation I will hire for full time basis. I will introduce the bonus structure once passed probation and employed full time.

I want someone who can think on their feet. Have good communications skills.
Knows how to manage the Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and Turnkey sites and ads.

I am looking for someone with good experience and I don’t have to spoon feed. I am looking for someone who understands the task and do it efficiently. I am happy to teach them what they need to do and they can ask questions if not sure about something. But I don’t want them to keep doing something they not sure about because if it is not right it is waste of time.

I am looking for someone with good written and verbal communication and can do the following tasks efficiently.

Managing Amazon stores. Posting listings on Amazon, Amazon PPC, ranking, sales.

Posting and managing Etsy store ranking ---------- signing the products

Managing the turnkey store, ranking, sales, google ads, Facebook ads, TikTok videos etc.

Someone who is eager to learn and if asked to do a task is eager to learn on their own if I don’t know how to and then implement it.
